How to book a run
- Call dispatch with the pickup address, delivery address, weight, pallet or piece count, and the deadline.
- We send back a flat rate in writing.
- Once approved, we assign the truck and give you the driver name and an ETA to the shipper.
- You get updates when the truck loads, when it rolls, and when it is close to the consignee.
- Signature and delivery photo are sent at completion, and the invoice follows on your terms.
Shipping something unusual? Oversized crates, machinery, and loads that need a liftgate or a pallet jack are routine for us. Call it in and we will tell you which truck fits before you get a rate.
